Launching the Listing

  • To provide you with the best experience, we are prepared to move at whatever pace is comfortable for you. Once you’re ready your listing will be live on the Multiple Listing Service and the Keller Williams Boston-Metro portals.

Pre-marketing

  • ​​We ensure that your home is presented in the best possible light to the most significant number of people. Our layered marketing campaign will get your listing in front of the right buyers with beautifully integrated touchpoints. As well as with digital marketing to provide more exposure.

Preparing for Open Houses

  • We want to showcase your home as a trophy. We create custom listing brochures, feature sheets on the home, open house signs, and other literature regarding the local market in your area. Broker events are hosted with refreshments and beverages.

Negotiating the Offer

  • This critical step is where our honed negotiation skills come into play, culminating in a contract containing price and terms that best fit your needs.
