The Buying Process
Beginning your Home Search
- We are available at any time to help you find your ideal home, utilizing the most advanced and efficient tools in the market.
Submitting your Offer
- When you find the right home, you should present a competitive offer. Everything you want should be included in your offer. We will then determine what is the right course of action through the five areas of negotiation.
Accepted Offer
- When the seller accepts your offer, you are “under contract”, we will then get to work on all of the particulars.
Conduct Inspections
- Within 7 days of Mutual Acceptance, inspections are performed to ensure the property is right for you. The inspector will take note of the current condition of the home and recommend maintenance or repairs.
Sign and Close
- All the closing documents will need to be signed and the remaining funds delivered. The final step for your new home!
Move-in
- The home is now yours to love. Make sure to notify important contacts, utilities, and other appropriate services of your move.
